Michelle’s 20+ years in the healthcare industry may have been destined from the start, with medical lab and hospital part-time jobs during high school and college. Gaining job skills in digital start-ups and the telecom industry, she soon found herself back in healthcare, thriving in a variety of roles in pharmaceutical marketing. When opportunity knocked in 2009, she leveraged her PMP-certified strengths and founded Orchard Point Group (OPG), weaving together her passions for superior project management, and professional women’s leadership. She built the OPG team carefully over the years by selecting staff who share those passions and bring strong reputations for delighting clients with a broad range of project management skills. Michelle believes in creating “positive interruptions” for clients by delivering top-notch PM service that conspicuously reduces project ‘spin time’ and stress levels. She leads with confident dedication and genuine warmth shared among her thriving OPG team.

When off the clock, Michelle is a self-professed ‘tool-time’ gal, working on her family’s home with lots of perspiration, paint and power tools! She also supports many animal rescue organizations, and has filled her house with frolicking dogs, cats and birds.
